So, you want a proper winter shindig where there is something for everyone, no dry turkey dinners & certainly no pre-orders!
Well, in true Bustler fashion - we've delivered.
Not only do you get the tastiest UK Steet Food & festive drinks to choose from, We've got a whole host of entertainment - from bands, DJs and choirs to magicians, silent disco, karaoke, arcades and much more.
Well, make sure you grab Christmas by the disco balls as we welcome you back to these sell out events.
Do not hesitate to book, as we aren't playing when we say tickets go FAST.

TICKET INFORMATION
Tickets are on sale via gigantic - you can click the button above to book
There are different ticket packages and 2 areas to book to tailor to all parties whether you're on a works do, out with your mates or just any excuse!
You can get right in the hustle & bustle of our large, festoon lit Factory room. With the food village, beer hall style seating and a lively, fun vibe complete with festive decor.
Or choose our Production room directly next to the bar, with our famous umbrella lighting. A more intimate experience with a smaller seating capacity but still in the mix of all the action.
Alternatively this year we have added an entry only ticket, to cater to those not needing reserved seating, this is great for smaller groups or large ones that love to roam and get in on the action!

VOUCHERS
Food vouchers can be exchanged at any trader for any main
Drinks vouchers include mainline draught, wine, single spirit and mixers and soft drinks.
(Can't be used craft beers on the tap wall, spritz menu and doubles)
All traders also accept cash & card payments.
The bar also accepts cash and card payments.

ARRIVAL
Doors open from 6pm you can arrive anytime until 8.30pm.
On arrival you will be greeted by our friendly hosts who will scan your tickets and direct you in relation to your ticket booking.
Please have your ticket to hand and make sure your group are aware of the booking name.
If you have a booking with vouchers these will be in packages under the lead bookers name ready to collect - these cannot be posted out or collected prior to the night, and will not be handed to any one other than the name on the booking reference.
There are different packages and areas (Factory & Production). Please see below what package is relevant to you so you can remind your group so they are aware for their arrival. This will make directing people much smoother.
VOUCHERS
All your food/drink/dessert tokens are in the packs given to your lead booker. These tokens are the right amount for your booked package.
-Please see the bar menu on the night for what drinks you can get with your drink tokens, we have made it as simple as possible and most drinks are available.
-Hand over your food/dessert vouchers to traders.
(please note these cannot be swapped for drinks vouchers and vice versa)
FAQS
Can I pay by cash?
-Cash & card is accepted at the bar.
Do we need to book the karaoke booth?
-On the night you can book a 20 min slot in the Karaoke booth
If we are in a group do we need to arrive together?
-Obviously it helps to tick you off together, but do not worry if you can’t arrive together, just please ensure you know what group name you are booked under! It helps on the door.
If we have booked separately can we be seated together?
-If you have booked reserved seating and previously emailed or contacted with names/booking references to sit together, then you will have been seated together. Any bookings under the same name will also be seated together. Unfortunately all table plans have now been made so any requests now can not be arranged.
Is there a dress code?
-No dress code, but remember it is a big, factory building so dress appropriately. Fancy dress is welcomed.
Is it cold?
-We have industrial heating throughout the building but due to the nature of the building it isn’t 25 degrees unfortunately!
What traders will be there?
- See the website for trader information, they will all have Vegi & Vegan options available
Do you use reusable cups for the Christmas Parties?
-Yes and your first cup is included in entry, so please remember to bring this back throughout the night to avoid a £1 charge.
What time is the silent disco?
-Silent disco headsets will be available from the stage from 9.45pm
What time is last orders?
-The bar closes at 11.30pm
POLITE REMINDERS
- This event is not suitable for children or dogs
- Over 16s are welcome with work parties
- We will be operating a bag search - You will not be able to bring any alcohol into the venue so please do not bring gift bags with you this will be confiscated.
